Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1-2 tsp erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener (optional)
- Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sweetener (if using). Stir well.
- Add chia seeds, walnuts, almonds, and flaxseeds. Mix thoroughly.
- Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell and thicken the yogurt.
- Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
