Keto Greek Yogurt with Nuts and Seeds

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1-2 tsp erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener (optional)
  • Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sweetener (if using). Stir well.
  2. Add chia seeds, walnuts, almonds, and flaxseeds. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell and thicken the yogurt.
  4. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
